島津 斉彬（しまづ なりあきら）は、江戸時代後期から幕末の外様大名で、薩摩藩の第11代藩主。島津氏第28代当主。
薩摩藩の富国強兵に成功した幕末の名君の一人である。西郷隆盛ら幕末に活躍する人材も育てた。
斉彬はこれに対し、藩兵5,000人を率いて抗議のため上洛することを計画した。しかし、その年の7月8日、鹿児島城下で出兵のための練兵を観覧の最中に発病し、7月16日に死去した。享年50（満49歳没）。

文化6年（1809年）3月14日、第10代藩主・島津斉興の長男として江戸薩摩藩邸で生まれる。
